Intensive Crisis & Family Support Services
CCEB’s home-visiting clinical case managers are social work and mental health professionals who provide intensive support and grief and trauma counseling to victims of crime and families exposed to violence in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
Path 2 Home-Visiting Case Management
Path Two provides intensive and home-based case management for families in Contra Costa County who are experiencing problems that put them at risk of having children removed from the home. The goal of the Path Two program is to strengthen and preserve families - keeping children in the home with a supportive family.

Safe & Bright Futures
Safe & Bright Futures is a new project, started in March 2011 to develop protocols and capacities that will enable Catholic Charities to provide counseling and case management support to families affected by domestic violence. Safe & Bright Futures is a partnership with the Concord Police Department and Contra Costa County’s Families Thrive program.
Crisis Support for victims of crime
Catholic Charities of the East Bay provides intensive family support, including grief & trauma counseling for children, youth, and families exposed to violence and eligible for the Victims of Crime Compensation Program. Clinical case managers help clients access an array of services and supports needed to facilitate their recovery, including emergency housing and critical family needs grants and legal immigration services for special visas available for crime victims.
