Family to Family is a family strengthening partnership between Catholic Charities of the East Bay and parishes in the Oakland Diocese. This program is designed to provide a safety umbrella to families who can use a helping hand to overcome poverty. It provides parish groups the unique opportunity to work with a local family and truly make a difference in their lives. Critical Family Needs is a one-time cash assistance program for a limited number of eligible families and individuals, including seniors. Cash assistance is provided to those who are experiencing a crisis and needing emergency help to maintain their family well-being. Because demand for emergency help greatly exceeds the available funds, only a small percentage of eligible applicants receive assistance. For more information, contact the office in your area. |
