Position Title: Human Resources Generalist
Area/Program Focus: Human Resources
Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Chief Administrative Officer, this position will perform a variety of HR functions including policy & procedure updates, recruitment & hiring, onboarding, benefits and compensation administration, leave management, HRIS, training & development, employee relations, and Affirmative Action/EEO compliance reporting.
The HR Generalist will also serve as a business partner to program/department directors and managers providing them with skilled advice and guidance in areas of workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and legal compliance issues.
Reports to: Chief Administrative Officer
Supervisory Responsibility: May supervise HR volunteers/interns
Budget Administered: N/A
Responsibilities: All responsibilities will be in line with the Council on Accreditation (COA) standards including:
· Manage full scale recruitment process from job posting, resume review, interview, and selection.

· A culture of philanthropy is each person in the organization serving as an ambassador, promoting the organization’s mission and promoting giving to the agency. This position will promote the culture of philanthropy by demonstrating excellence in all aspects of HR thus making CCEB a strong agency that will attract more donor support due to its demonstrated ability to serve its employees and clients.

· Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience
· Highly effective leadership in all functional areas of human resources
Necessary Forms of Communication: Reading, writing, hearing, and speaking English
