Area / Program Focus: Programs and Operations
SUMMARY: The senior administrative coordinator is a leader and important part of programs. In addition to providing support to the West County Service Center in Richmond, this position also supervises the administrative coordinators at all CCEB offices. This position is also responsible for leading recruiting, training and supervising volunteers at the front desk to answer phone calls, and greet clients. The senior administrative coordinator also manages office hours and classroom schedules. This position is for the Richmond office, with occasional travel to Concord and Oakland.
