AREA/PROGRAM FOCUS: Accounting / Finance Department
Summary of Position: Perform accounting, administrative and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of payroll and accounts payable transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
Reports To: Accounting Manager
General Accounts Payable
Emergency Assistance Disbursements for CCEB and SOS clients:
Physical Requirements: Standing 20%, Sitting 70%, Bending 10%
Necessary Forms of Communications: Visual/Reading, Audio/Hearing, Oral/Speaking
Benefit Status: Benefits include group medical, dental and vision insurance; 403(b) plan, plus life and disability insurance.
Full Time/Part Time Status: Regular Full Time
