Area/Program Focus: Mental Health and Violence Prevention Services
Position Summary: This position has primary responsibility for both program and clinical supervision for CCEB’s restorative trauma-informed practices program, RTIPs for Teens, which provides culturally-competent, trauma-informed mental health services to students and their families. The RTIPs Project Director/Clinical Supervisor will supervise program Clinical Case Managers, including coaching and supporting clinical staff to use evidence-based trauma treatments and will be responsible for ensuring that staff and the program maintain fidelity to program and treatment models. The position’s programmatic responsibilities include chart audits, quality assurance, reviewing contact notes, and monitoring and tracking database compliance related to program deliverables. The RTIPs Project Director/Clinical Supervisor will also represent RTIPs for Teens in local and national partnerships and networks, including maintaining collaborative relationships with treatment model developers. The position may also carry a small caseload.

Overall Leadership: Leads RTIPs program delivery, developing specialized interventions as needed, and participates in divisional decision making as a member of the Mental Health and Violence Prevention team.

Full Time/Part Time Status: Full time position, 35 hours a week. Part-time positions may be available.
