Area / Program Focus: new and lapsed donor relations
Position Summary: Supports the development director with donor lead follow-up and provide donor-centric service as required. The incumbent in this position will manage multiple development campaigns at one time and provide backup data-entry for Raiser’s Edge. He/she will be responsible for connecting with donors whose giving levels are below $1000. This position supports the Fund Development Committee and other committees as they relate to the development department and organization. The incumbent will interface with other development team members to capture and report on new donor communications and coordinates strategically and tactically with other functions and departments of Catholic Charities.
This position works closely with the director of development with existing donors and provides overall support of the sustainable fundraising model functions and new donors’ moves management.
Reports to: Development Director
Supervisory Responsibility: Directly up to 50 volunteers at any one time.
Budget Administered: to be determined
Responsibilities: All responsibilities will be in line with the Council on Accreditation (COA)
