Area / Program Focus: Mental Health Services
SUMMARY: This position has primary responsibility of developing and leading program services, maintaining program excellence within the Mental Health Division. This position is also responsible for compliance with best-practices, industry standards, and contractual requirements. This position will oversee current agency programs including: crisis response and support, clinical case management services to victims of violent crime and traumatized youth and families, school-based restorative practice training and technical assistance, and family preservation case management services. As part of the leadership team, this position will also lead the development of new mental health counseling programs, and expansion of current programs within the division in alignment with the agency strategic plan.
Reports to: Chief Program Officer
Supervisory Responsibility: Directly 3-5 employees. Indirectly: Up to 20 employees
Budget Administered: $1.5 million at present
