Position Title: Director of Data Analytics and Quality Improvement
Area/Program Focus: All programs and administrative services offered by Catholic Charities.
Position Summary: The Director of Data Analytics and Quality Improvement will provide guidance to the agency in implementing and maintaining best practice standards for a social service organization. The position will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. The position will also be responsible for the maintenance and updating of the agency’s client service database and their integration with other data systems required by funders and specific programs.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Supervisory Responsibility: Database Analyst, students, interns and volunteers.
Budget Administered: Up to $300,000

· A culture of philanthropy is each person in the organization serving as an ambassador, promoting the organization’s mission and promoting giving to the agency. This position promotes a culture of philanthropy by acting as a community liaison, recruiting and retaining volunteers, and sharing client stories with Development Department.
