Area / Program Focus: Accounting / Finance Department
Position Summary: Perform accounting, administrative and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
Reports to: Director of Finance
General Accounts Payable:
Emergency Assistance Disbursements for CCEB and SOS clients:
Assist other staff as required – needed to cover duties while on vacation, and special projects as needed.
Necessary Forms of Communication: Reading, writing, hearing, and speaking English.
Benefit Status: Benefits include group medical, dental and vision insurance; 403(b) plan, plus life and disability insurance.
Full Time/Part Time Status: Regular Full Time
